The Australian Seed Bank Partnership’s underpins a national effort to conserve Australia’s native plant diversity through collaborative and sustainable seed collecting, banking, research and knowledge sharing. Our vision is a future where Australia’s native plant diversity is valued, understood and conserved for the benefit of all.

Resources available to support flora conservation activities are diminishing at a time when demands on seedbanks and related expertise are increasing in responses to the bushfire crisis, in supporting other ecological restoration challenges and in building awareness, knowledge and capability in our community.
