Strategic Plan
Our Strategic Plan sets out a national, collaborative effort to protect Australia’s unique native plants by strengthening seed collecting, long‑term storage, scientific research, and knowledge sharing across a countrywide network of conservation partners. It outlines how experts will work together over the next seven years to expand and modernise seed conservation, invest in people and facilities, and deepen respectful partnerships with First Nations communities, whose cultural knowledge is essential to caring for Country. Designed to inspire, the plan provides a clear blueprint for safeguarding Australia’s plant diversity.
